Help Us Restore the Hacienda Hotel!
Our organization is devoted to celebrating the unique history and culture of the City of New Port Richey, it’s natural beauty and its many points of interest, including the Hacienda Hotel. In addition, we are dedicated to assisting the New Port Richey community by helping to increase visibility, fostering awareness and understanding; encouraging community pride and involvement; and through the development of events and projects that honor the City’s past while nurturing its future.
The Friends of the Hacienda & Historic New Port Richey is a volunteer non-profit organization that sponsors, promotes and raises funds for projects that support the goals established by its membership. The overall goal or mission of this organization is to highlight and celebrate the events and projects that relate to the historical aspects of the town of New Port Richey, and to achieve a more vibrant prosperous New Port Richey community.
Our current goal is to raise funds which will be utilized towards the improvement and restorationof the Historic Hacienda Hotel, the gem of downtown New Port Richey, Florida. This unique historical site is a cultural treasure, filled with fame and folklore, local history, and some even say...g-g-g- ghosts. We want to help make sure this rare beauty is available for many generations to come.

We will be utilizing funds to support the following improvements to the Hacienda:
-restoration of the Bank Street wall
-restoration of iron work at BankStreet wall entrance
-painting of the Hacienda Building
