Pregnant, broke, facing eviction. Please help!

Hello friends and family. I need help now more than ever.
Here's the story: I am being evicted, I'm pregnant and I'm broke.
The home I'm renting is riddled with mold and we have dangerous electrical issues. Our landlord has no intentions of making proper repairs.
Since the day after we moved in we have experienced water leaks, no working appliances, non-working plumbing, a twice broken water heater, no working furnace on three different occasions and carpet that was saturated in animal waste, that we removed ourselves after the landlords solution was to simply clean it again.
We will have to continue to pay rent for this uninhabitable property into an escrow account if we stand a chance of fighting the eviction and suing the landlord. This means we will not have the funds for both the escrow on this home and the funds for rent, down payment and moving to a new inhabitable home.
In December I started a new job close to home and now my boss is not paying me the agreed upon salary and commission from the time of hire. Despite this I have secured a new job which is starting in mid-February, however, a month after my start date I will be on pregnancy leave with the arrival of our little baby.
I am 9 weeks away (or less) from delivering my baby. I have been in and out of the hospital for insanely high blood pressure in the past few weeks caused in part by stress of the unhealthy home, finances and the new job. Also from these living conditions I've experienced upper respiratory infections and my asthma has been awful.
My boyfriend has also recently been hospitalized for health issues and then was unexpectedly laid off just prior to Christmas. Additionally, he found out he didn't qualify for unemployment due to poor record keeping errors on his employers behalf. He's found a new job but it is farther from home and he is working very reduced hours until spring.
We have so much catching up to do with the move, medical bills for both of us and now double rent.
We will be able to climb out of this hole and pay everyone back shortly but the bottom line is that I am struggling at this moment worrying about our health, a roof over our heads and the unhealthy living conditions that can not exist when the baby arrives.
Please help.
