The Bell Family

Our dear friend Monroe Bell Jr ‘Junior’ was involved in a serious accident in the early hours of Friday 16th September, after being in London to pay his respects to the Queen. He was rushed to St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, London, where he currently remains in an induced coma within their intensive care unit.

His condition is described as stable, however with the injuries he has sustained there is an extremely long recovery process ahead for him.

Whilst Junior has been in hospital his wife Natasha ‘Tash’ has been desperately trying to find accommodation each day so that she can stay with her husband. This has been an added struggle especially at this time during the Queen's funeral.

Junior is originally from Chicago and moved here after marrying Tash in 2019, having met and fallen in love during their time at Robert Morris University in America. Over the past few years he has been building a career at Next, going from strength to strength and quickly being recognised for his amazing contributions to the Customer Service team.

In February this year Tash and Junior welcomed their son Robbie and have spent his first months in the world enjoying time as their new family unit before Natasha goes back to work after her maternity leave. Her first day back at work was due to be Monday 19th September.

As a family they have an amazing support system around them, both here in the UK and in USA, however the coming months and years are going to be tough on them all, particularly financially. We have therefore set up this go fund me page to try to raise some support for them in this very difficult time.
