Hey everyone! We have made the incredibly difficult decision to close The Basement in East Atlanta Village for the foreseeable future. We pride ourselves in epic dance parties for all, and know that right now, keeping The Basement open wouldn't help in fighting the spread of this virus. We want to beat this pandemic together, and will strive to be part of the solution. 

We are planning on coming back stronger than ever when this all passes, but for now, are asking for some help.  Sadly, today, March 17th, is also our 9 year anniversary. So we are asking for your financial support of our staff so we can avoid layoffs and empty bank accounts. 

Every penny raised will go to our bartenders and bar backs. Not one cent will go to ownership. We care about our employees because they are our family, and want to make sure they're protected as much as possible during these tough times.

Please commit to helping our staff during this outbreak and we'll commit to coming back stronger than ever with the best, safest and most exciting place to party in the Village!
