It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved John, who left us after a long and courageous 9-year battle with tumors. Despite undergoing countless surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiation, and most recently suffering two strokes on July 23rd and July 25th, John fought every step of the way with unwavering strength and grace.

He was more than a fighter — he was a husband, a father, a friend, and a light in the lives of everyone who knew him. His humor, kindness, and quiet strength carried his family through the hardest of times.

John now leaves behind the two people he loved most in this world:

His wife, Ashley, the strongest person we know, who stood by his side every single day of this fight — with courage, love, and fierce devotion.

And his son, Brett, who was his pride and joy, and who will carry his father’s spirit with him always.
