Woodlock Family Legal Fees

Hi, my name is Marnie, I am fundraising for my mate John who is a single father to the amazing 6 year old Xavier. John has had 80% custody since Xavier was a baby & 100% custody since he was 4 years old. Due to a drawn out legal battle, the family have exhausted all savings, borrowed money from elderly parents and are now left with a $60K upcoming legal fee for a final hearing in the family law court. This is the final hurdle for John to be able to provide a safe and stable environment for little Xav for now and into the future. As John is uncomfortable asking friends and family for financial support, he is considering selling the family home which he has worked so hard to be able to purchase. These two amazing humans are adventurous and generous in spirit and deserve to enjoy life in their home without facing financial insecurity. Final orders will bring closure and a sense of stability to both John and Xavier. No amount is too small to donate and any amount will be greatly appreciated.
