Feeding the Needy

New York is deeply affected by the current pandemic. Many people are loosing their lives. Others are deeply effected by the economic impact as they loose jobs and homes.
A Jewish friend runs a lovely food pantry, which is supplied by Feeding Westchester (The Food Bank for Westchester, Inc.). My church fundraises regularly for this great organization.
I am helping there as a German Pastor. A humbling and deep experience as I am very well aware of the German past and work side by side with descendants of Holocaust survivors to still this unbelievable hunger in our society.
The goods go to those most affected by the pandemic as they are in immediate danger of starving due to its effects. Any donation will help make an impact.
