Zona’s Life Saving Surgery

On August 10th my Brother and Sister in Law’s dog Zona was hit by a vehicle after she ran out of the gate of their fenced in yard.

Miraculously she was not killed in the accident but her entire back end was severely impacted leaving her with an amputated back leg & plates/screws into her hips/pelvis. She is still a pup & after this traumatic freak accident they had to do what they could to save her. The cost of the surgery was more than they had hoped.

As some of you have probably seen they are preparing to welcome their first baby boy in early 2024. To prepare their home for their son they have home renovations underway in addition to all of the other normal things parents have to get ready to welcome a baby. I wanted to create this fundraiser to help ease the financial impact that saving their puppy Zona has had. I greatly appreciate any and all contributions! I am so thankful Zona has survived this accident and I can’t wait to see her the thrive once she is fully healed and to continue bringing so much joy to their family.
