Lucie and Ela’s Mission for Düzce's Children

Dear friends and family,

This summer, while in Turkey, I have the opportunity to help out a community in need. On July 8th, a part of my family and I are initiating two events, starting with visiting an underprivileged elementary school in a village near the town of Düzce to plant trees and flowers. Our aim in doing so is to create a garden where the children can connect with nature. We will also be directly handing the students school supplies to better support their learning.

In the next part of our day, we will be visiting the orphanage Düzce Çocuk Esirgeme Kurumu. There, we will supply the children with toys and clothes.

I am writing to invite you to contribute financially to our initiatives. No matter the amount of your contribution, your participation will go a long way toward making a big difference in these children’s lives.
