10k for 10 years ❤️

I’m running the Market Harborough 10k Carnival run to mark the 10 year anniversary of losing my sister, my best friend Claire and always remembering my lovely brother Grant ❤️❤️

On April the 22nd 2012 I was at the finish line of the London Marathon waiting for Claire to come in. But she never made it A mile before the end she had collapsed and died. Our hearts were broken beyond belief but in typical Bear style, through this tragedy she went on to become a star. She made the front pages of the national newspapers and her fundraising page raised over a million pounds for the Samaritans.

So here I am…running the Harborough Carnival 10k to celebrate their lives. It’s not quite a marathon and it’s definitely not a million pounds but it’s all for you Bear & Grant. Remembering the good times, of which there were so many ❤️
