Our motherland, the Great Zimbabwe is a nation on its knees. Our cultural identity has been lost and drowned in numerous challenges mainly, : The erosion of cultural values and norms (Hunhu/Ubuntu), High drug and substance abuse, Early marriages, Teen pregnancies, Mental health issues that at times lead suicides among school kids and even the elderly, Domestic violence, Gender based violence, Murder cases and Rape amongst the Youths and Young adults, mainly being attributed to a lack of parental guidance and a poor upbringing.

These challenges threaten the very existence of our nations' cultural values and development and need to be addressed through a national dialogue involving all ethnics to reset and re-align our nation to a path with the foundations of our culture.
