Dr. Aryan was once a beacon of hope, a skilled surgeon known for saving lives and inspiring others in his community. Diagnosed with dissociative identity disorder (commonly known as split personality disorder), the condition, misunderstood by many, caused profound disruptions in his life. His battle with this mental health challenge brought immense pain—not just emotionally but physically, too. Stress and neglect of his health led to organ failures, requiring multiple surgeries, including organ transplants and prolonged hospital stays. On several occasions, he sustained injuries when others misunderstood his behavior during episodes caused by his disorder.

As his medical bills mounted, so did his troubles. Unable to practice medicine during his treatment, Aryan lost his job and exhausted his savings. The financial strain became unbearable, and he fell into overwhelming debt.

The challenges proved too much for his personal life. Aryan's wife, overwhelmed by the situation, left him, leaving him to face his struggles alone. The once-celebrated doctor now found himself isolated, broken, and spiraling into severe depression.

Aryan has been seeking therapy, working to regain control of his mental health, and trying to rebuild his life. His dream is to return to the profession he loves, to heal others as he once did, and to possibly reconcile with his family. Yet, his financial burdens and ongoing health challenges remain insurmountable without help.
