Help me get my daughter back

Hi my name is Wiem Bejaoui and I’m fundraising to get my 5 year-old daughter Elena Smolik back.

She has been kidnapped by her father, Rastislav Smolik, in Slovakia since November 2023. I haven’t heard her voice or seen her beautiful face since then.

She was living with me in London and took a short trip to Slovakia with her father and after this he decided to keep her there and stop any contact completely.

I have done what I can in the courts in the United Kingdom and on 20 March 2024 the High Court has ordered that my daughter's father, Rastislav Smolik, return Elena to me. Now I need to bring a case in Slovakia as if I don’t take the case to Slovakia and get a court order there, I may never see my daughter again. Please help me get my daughter back. She needs her mother.
