Since we were dating, we’ve always dreamed of having two children. In 2011, we were diagnosed with unexplained infertility. It was a lonely, emotional and physical rollercoaster, but we were determined to start our family! In 2013, we went through a successful round of IVF and got pregnant with our sweet son Caleb. When he was two, we decided we were ready to add our last baby. We went through IVF and got pregnant with our beautiful daughter Evie. After a relatively uncomplicated pregnancy, we were ready to welcome our baby girl and complete our family! Unfortunately, due to a spontaneous uterine rupture, a very rare, but life-threatening complication during delivery, Evie did not survive. Barbara barely did. The doctors were stunned she did. We know our Evie was already on angel duty protecting her Mommy. Evie will always be our perfect daughter. Her life has touched so many and we will continue her legacy of love and kindness as a family ❤️

After a lot of healing, reflection and with the love and support of family and friends, we’ve made the decision to adopt a baby!  Victor, Caleb and I have so much love to give and look forward to this journey ❤️

We’ve found a wonderful adoption agency and we’re so excited to grow our family by adopting a baby.

We are so thankful to all of our friends and family who have supported us emotionally over the years - and after the encouragement of those same people, we’ve set up this go fund me to help us with the cost of adoption.
