Hi, my name is Rose and I am writing to ask for support for a special family in immediate need.

Michelle (56) is a single parent who is the sole provider for her family, which includes her disabled mother Brenda (79), special needs son Jared (24), and daughter Elizabeth (28) who lives with them to help care for Brenda and Jared.

Michelle received a call from her landlord after reporting a continued sewage smell in their home. The pipes under the home have been leaking sewage and they must vacate immediately as it is not safe to live there anymore. The damage is so extensive that the home looks to be a total loss.

Brenda and Jared both require wheelchair access. Rentals to meet their needs start at about $1800 a month. This is well beyond her capabilities to meet.

This family has been blessed with compassion and love for one another and their community, but not wealth.

For anyone out there that has been blessed enough to share, I am asking for any donations to perhaps reach a goal to provide Michelle with enough money to pay a down payment on a home. Moving for Jared especially will be difficult as he has sensory processing disorder and a mental capacity that doesn’t allow him to understand completely what is going on.

It would be an answered prayer for them to move into a forever home permanently, with a monthly payment Michelle can afford.

All donations will go to an account directly to her so she can pay for temporary housing and a down payment on a home.
