Hi my name is Tania and this is for my Gorgeous Granddaughter, Zaleigh.

Our beautiful granddaughter Zaleigh is currently in surgery fighting for her life.

Zaleigh is just 11 years old and in Year 6. She is one of the kindest, most caring little girls you could ever meet — always helping others and thinking of those in need. She has even spent her time making bracelets to donate to a local charity, just to bring a little joy to others. Zaleigh enjoys gymnastics and won several medals last year.

Right now, Zaleigh is undergoing lifesaving brain surgery and will be in hospital for at least a month, followed by a long recovery where she will need constant care.

Her mum — my daughter — is a devoted single parent raising two girls and has worked so hard to provide a safe, loving home for them. She is also a dedicated volunteer with the SES, always stepping up to help her community in times of need.

While she does have some sick leave, the reality is that she will need to be by Zaleigh’s side every step of the way, and we are deeply worried about the financial strain this will cause — including the risk of losing their home.
