Zakk’s Tiny Apartment

Hi everyone, I am fundraising for my great-nephew Zakk. Roy Murphy’s great-grandson. He is 32 and developmentally delayed. Anyone who knows Zakk is aware of the challenges presented by his disability. He is not able to read or write but has a great memory. He loves to be independent and is very social.   His mom (my niece) passed away in 2014 due to brain cancer leaving Zakk with no guardian. He has been homeless in Seattle for several years now,  refusing any state or family assistance.
Thankfully due to the knowledge and support of his new case manager Carson, he was awarded housing and has accepted.  He will be moving sometime in December to a tiny apartment near Green Lake which is a bit north of Seattle. Zakk is enjoying his stay with me and my family in Utah and will stay until his tiny apartment is ready. 
He needs help with a few furnishing for his apartment and a monthly internet fee. The plan is to get him a futon as he likes to sleep on the couch. He needs a tv and a few dishes ( he only uses the microwave) some bathroom basics and clothing.
