Hi, my name is Vikki, and I’m writing this as a mum who simply wants the very best for her son, Zakai.

Zakai is a bright, loving, and unique little boy who brings so much joy to everyone around him. He has a beautiful personality, a kind heart, and a way of seeing the world that constantly amazes me. But over time, I’ve begun to notice that he may be facing challenges with learning and development that need extra understanding and support.

As his mum, I can see that Zakai sometimes struggles in ways other children his age may not. Whether it’s communication, focus, or processing information, there are signs that he may have additional learning needs. What I want more than anything is to understand him better—so I can support him in the way he truly deserves.

Unfortunately, getting a full professional assessment and diagnosis can be a long and expensive process. Early diagnosis is so important because it opens the door to the right support, resources, and opportunities that can help Zakai thrive in life.

With a proper diagnosis, we can begin to put the right support in place for Zakai’s future—giving him the best possible chance to grow, learn, and reach his full potential.
