Assalamu Alaikum my name is Zaid Syed and I am an Eagle Scout candidate for ADAMS Boys Scout Troop 786. I've been an active scouting participant in the ADAMS scouting for over ten years and my current rank is Life Scout. For my Eagle service project, I have planned to install a new sandbox for the preschool students at Pearls Academy, located in Sterling, VA.

The current sandbox is dilapidated and worn out, creating an unsafe play space for the kids. My goal is to improve the current structure, fill it with new sand, and provide a tarp over it to protect the sand from inclement weather. Once the sandbox is installed pre-schoolers and younger students will be able to increase their cognitive and fine motor skills, Insha Allah. I greatly appreciate your support for this project.
