Zack’s Eagle Project - Bryan Andrew House

Hi I’m Zack Geremia, an Eagle Scout candidate with BSA Troop 12 in Milford, CT.
My Eagle Scout project is improvements to the Bryan Andrew house (circa 1740) located on Old Tavern Road in Orange, Connecticut and managed by the Orange Historical Society.
This Eagle project includes many updates to the ground and exterior of the house. Improvements include placing pea gravel around three sides of the house for proper drainage, adding additional pea gravel under the stairs in the back patio area, cutting back brush and adding mulch near the entrance, repairing the Stonewall on the right side of the entrance to the driveway painting the Bilco doors and moving wood and a wood shed from the backyard to a more historically correct location on the left side of the house.
All funds will benefit the Orange Historical Society and will cover the costs of pea gravel, mulch and possibly a bench for the patio area.
