On Wednesday afternoon Amy passed away peacefully, surrounded by love. She fought so bravely right to the end to spend as much time as possible with the family and friends she loved so much.

Amy was a beautiful soul, taken far too soon and will be missed beyond measure.

We have been inundated with love and support and have decided to create this go-fund-me for anyone who wishes to donate some money to Zac and the kids.

This money will go towards funeral costs, allow Zac to have some time off work, help to cover outstanding medical expenses and to navigate these next few months.
