The ECU Health Outpatient Pharmacy had a tragedy befall one of its members. Cassandra Fitzgerald’s husband, David, died unexpectedly this weekend leaving behind 3 children Jayden (12), Emery (8) and Casper (6). The holidays are a special time and moving forward will be difficult for Cassandra and her kids. That being said, we hopefully can lift the family’s spirits a bit by showing support during this difficult period. Any assistance offered will allow the family to focus on each other during the grieving process and help offset any financial difficulties they may have to face.
