Early this morning, a tornado tore through Marion Junction and completely destroyed the home of my aunt (Becky Lipham) her husband, their 10-year-old son, and their little Yorkie. In a matter of minutes, everything they knew as home was gone.
While they do have insurance, the immediate costs of displacement are overwhelming. Temporary housing, food, clothing, school necessities, and basic daily needs add up quickly, and insurance takes time.
At this time, they do not have Cash App or Venmo set up, so this GoFundMe is the safest and most direct way to help them during these first critical days and weeks.
We are asking for help to cover:
Temporary housing and living expenses
Clothing, toiletries, and daily necessities
School needs for their 10-year-old son
Replacement of essential household items
Care and supplies for their Yorkie
Most importantly, they are safe, and we are incredibly thankful for that. Now comes the hard part of rebuilding and finding stability after an unimaginable loss.
Any amount makes a difference. If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser or keeping this family in your prayers.
Thank you for being part of their support system when they need it most. Please continue to pray for them!
