Our goal is to help people with depression, anxieties, dyslexia and autism work through their fears and challenges through horses.
Robins's Nest Foundation is a 501(c)(3) with the vision of empowering teens and veterans through proven equine interactions. Our program utilizes five rescue horses boarded at Sky View Farm in Castle Rock, CO.
Wendy Ingraham, Michigan native and professional athlete, is the founder of Robin's Nest. She has lived by "it's not a matter of winning or losing. It's giving it your all that makes you better than anyone else." Believing in this, she needed to give it her all in the wake of tragedy, losing three friends to depression.
We want to show people that communicating, grooming and dealing with such large animals can be very empowering. We want to build a community where people can accomplish goals and build self-confidence to make them feel worth living for.
Help us do this at our amazing little farm in Castle Rock.
