Loved ones and supporters on TikTok told me to do this… so here it is.

A few days before we fled, we had our family Christmas photos taken. I thank God every day that the photographer captured these — just me and my babies — before everything blew up like my heart already knew it would.

The second photo? That was taken in a hotel room the night we ran. I filed for a restraining order the very next morning at an emergency hearing. We were granted protection… but only for a time. The restraining order later expired after mediation in February — and despite the threats that followed, the judge denied extending it in April, saying things “hadn’t escalated enough.”

Since then, he has continued to manipulate the system, ignore court orders, make threats, and refuse to follow the steps required to prove he’s even stable enough to be around our children. His family enables the behavior, and the cycle continues — while I carry the emotional and financial weight of keeping the kids safe and stable.

Now, he’s taken me back to court again — this time for custody and additional legal actions. I was just served this past Friday, and the next hearing is already set for Monday. I’ve done everything I can to give him more than required, but he continues to weaponize the system instead of showing up for his children. He’s been consistently late on child support all year, and at one point was more than two months behind.

My legal team has been incredible — but the costs are devastating. I’ve accumulated between $4,000 and $8,000 per month just in legal fees. At this point, I’ve taken on more than $70,000 in legal expenses to protect my kids and enforce basic boundaries. Without a significant payment, my attorneys can no longer move forward — and I’m at risk of losing representation just days before the next hearing.

I’ve tried everything: I’ve pulled from retirement, monetized on TikTok, budgeted tightly, and cut every corner possible — but I’m still coming up short. I never thought I’d be here asking for help, but I’ve reached a point where I can’t do it alone.
