Laila Al-Ajrami, a mother of six children, is living one of the harshest realities in Gaza.
Her home was destroyed in the bombing, forcing her to flee with her children to a small tent in an overcrowded camp.
Each day is a struggle for survival — finding food, clean water, or medicine for a sick child.
Laila says the hardest part is seeing her children’s eyes when they are hungry, knowing she has nothing to give.
Despite her exhaustion and loss, she remains strong — smiling through her pain, trying to make her children feel safe in a place where safety no longer exists.
Laila represents thousands of mothers in Gaza who carry the world on their shoulders and continue to live, not because life is easy, but because they have no other choice.
