Restaurant Worker Relief Fund

Hello everyone. Team Zuni Cafe in San Francisco here.  As everyone knows our restaurant community is experiencing extreme hardship and uncertainty.   It is an especially scary time for the most vulnerable in our work families.  They are not eligible for any government benefits and often slip through the cracks during times of need.  They are also so vitally important to the wide-ranging fabric that makes up the restaurant world.   We at Zuni want to make sure that during this time period of uncertainty that everyone is feeling supported.  We are setting up this GoFundMe to help Zuni Cafe employees out and make sure that everyone gets to the other side of this crisis on equal footing.  Please consider donating any amount to help our restaurant family.  100% of the proceeds from this campaign will go to Zuni employees unable to apply for government benefits.  We will be allocating these funds to our Zuni Cafe employees in the next few weeks.  The restaurant is setting up a "board of directors" essentially to help distribute the funds in an equal manner.  Thank you to everyone for the incredible outpouring of support from our community and we can't wait to open backup and see everyone again!
