New system for RRE fireworks show

Putting together the annual Redmond Ridge East neighborhood fireworks show takes hundreds of hours, and it’s definitely a labor of love for me. I spend the weeks before July 4th ensuring that everything is ready for when the volunteers and I go out and wire things up on July 4th.
The fireworks themselves are paid for by the HOA each year, but I've bought/built the rest of the equipment used for the show like the racks and 300+ tubes used for the aerial shells. I also built the system I use to control the timing of the fireworks. This has some limitations, and this year’s show definitely pushed it to the limit. It took much longer setting things up this year (we started at 9am and didn’t finish until 10pm) and we had to use a ton of wire to hook things up. The volunteers did an amazing job with setup, but the time commitment was significant for them.
In order to continue to do the July 4th fireworks shows (and convince people to put in the time to help me), I need to make it easier to do the setup. There are two ways to address this:
-Make the show smaller (boo!)
-Get a new firing system that makes it easier to set up the larger show (yea!)
I’d like to do option 2, but the new system is more of an investment than I’m able to do on my own. Several people proposed that I try a GoFundMe campaign as a way to help cover the costs of the new system, so I’m giving this a shot. I’ve done significant research on the system I want, and already have a few components (they were used to control the finale in this year’s show).
I am looking to raise $2900 for the new fireworks control system. The money will fund the additional firing system components I need to be able to create the type of show I did this year, without the extended time requirements and additional stress on volunteers during setup. 100% of the funds raised will go into the equipment.
