*MY STORY, MY MISSION, AND WHY I’M ASKING FOR HELP--

Hi, I’m Naomi — a mother, a founder, and a woman building a dream from the ground up with nothing but grit, heart, and purpose.

I’m raising a brilliant 5-year-old son with Type 1 Diabetes and autism.

My days are a mix of blood sugar checks, sensory needs, medical routines, meltdowns, laughter, and love — all while trying to build a future he deserves.

I don’t talk about this often...

Not because I’m ashamed, but because I never wanted to use my son’s diagnosis to gain sympathy.

I’ve always felt that sharing it was slimy or would make it seem like I was using my, amazingly brilliant and always chaotic son, as a pawn.

But I’m finally realizing it’s not weakness or something that shouldn't be mentioned because he, and my two amazing older boys, are a huge part of what fuels my passion behind everything I’m building.

It’s my heart.

It’s my mission.

It’s my way of uplifting people who deserve to be seen.

I created YumYumRunner™️ to support:

✨ everyday people with talent but no platform

I’ve been funding this entire startup out of my own pocket:

every app update, every design, every fee, every tool, every step forward.

No investors.

No team.

Just me — a mother with a vision for something better in my community.

I want to make “local supporting local” a way of life again.

I want to make it possible for small creators to be discovered, supported, and delivered straight to their neighbors’ doors.

I’m a full-time caregiver and a full-time founder.
