Hi - my name is Tippy. Until recently, I lived with my mom, 84-year-old grandma, and aunt in what I thought was my forever home. My mom is not only my caregiver and my grandma’s caregiver but also my aunt’s caregiver, which is how we were housed. My aunt passed away, which made me and everyone very sad. My mom said we had to move quick so that my aunt’s estate could be settled. I didn’t understand what this meant, but I was happy when my mom found a motel where the three of us could stay together as a family.

Every day, I see my mom diligently working to gain us permanent housing. I didn’t know this, but there is a LOT of paperwork and a waiting list for our new, forever home. In the meantime, our funds are running low, and I really want us to stay together at the motel, through the New Year. I’m hoping our new forever home will be ready for us soon! Im asking if you can help us stay together as a family, at least through the New Year, I’d be so grateful.
