Last night, November 7, my husband was taken into ICE custody while coming home from work. Our family is heartbroken and facing a very difficult time.

We are raising funds to help cover legal fees for his case and to manage essential financial needs while we work to bring him home. I am currently pregnant and caring for our 3-year-old while working and studying. It’s been overwhelming, but I’m holding onto faith and hope for our family to be together again soon.

I’m sharing this with a humble heart and a bit of embarrassment, but any amount—no matter how small—will make a difference and help us through this incredibly hard time.

La noche del 7 de noviembre, mi esposo fue detenido por ICE mientras regresaba del trabajo. Nuestra familia está destrozada y enfrentando un momento muy difícil.

Estamos recaudando fondos para cubrir los honorarios legales de su caso y para poder gestionar las necesidades financieras mientras trabajamos para traerlo de vuelta a casa. Actualmente estoy embarazada y cuidando de nuestro hijo de 3 años mientras trabajo y estudio. Ha sido abrumador, pero me aferró a la fe y la esperanza de que nuestra familia pueda estar junta nuevamente pronto.

Comparto esto con un corazón humilde y algo de vergüenza, pero cualquier cantidad, sin importar cuán pequeña sea, marcará la diferencia y nos ayudará a superar este momento tan difícil.
