Hello All, 

I am cycling the Wicklow 200   on June 12th in aid of  Aoife's Clown Doctors. 

Aoife Hendrick sadly passed away back in August 2012, having just turned 5. She had only been diagnosed 4 months earlier with leukemia.

In 2014, as part of Aoife's legacy, Aoife's parents Áine and Adrian, set up Aoife's Clown Doctors Ireland.  Aoife’s Clown Doctors bring smiles and laughter to sick children in Crumlin Hospital, Temple Street Children's Hospital, LauraLynn Hospice and St. Bernadettes Paediatric ward in University Hospital Galway.  Please watch the following( 3min) video to understand the impact these "Doctors" bring to sick children across Ireland.

The funds donated here will help to continue to provide Clown Doctors for the children and families in these wards. As Áine&Adrian say 'We know from our own experience of the fun Aoife had with the clowns, how humour can lift the day and bring a smile to even the most sick of children.'
