Help bring baby Ansley home....
Nicole and Josh already have two adopted kids, Josiah and Adalyn. At the time, they hadn't planned on adopting again, but Nicole said that adopting had been heavy on her mind and heart. She prayed about it and even journaled it. Soon after, they got a call from Josiah's birth Mother, saying she was having another baby and would like for them to adopt it. Nicole was on a plane that afternoon headed to Atlanta, not knowing how they would make it work, but knowing they couldn't let Josiah and his biological sister be separate. Nicole's exact words before leaving were.... "I have no idea what we are going to do to afford this, but we'll HAVE to make it work, SOMEHOW!"
Josh and the kids were able to join Nicole in Atlanta and after a long 40 days of being away from home, they were able to return home as a family of 5. Although the adoption isn't finalized, things are looking very promising. Since this adoption wasn't planned for, Josh and Nicole have had a lot of unexpected expenses. They were away from home for almost 2 months, had to pay for home study for the kids and Ansley's medical bills are all out of pocket since she can't be added to their insurance until the process is complete. The adoptive process in itself is a great expense, including having to have a lawyer in both Atlanta and their home-state of Arkansas, each costing over 5,000 dollars. It's all adding up very quickly and has become quite challenging.
I can tell you after spending some time with this family, they are truly an inspiration and have the biggest of hearts.
Let's make this their "SOMEHOW" way to make it work. Any donation will be greatly appreciated and will go a long way!!
