gofundme for the girls

Dear family and friends,

I started this gofundme to support Rachel's four daughters through their tough times last year and at that point it was needed till Dec 2022, it was a private platform for their safety and where things stood for them then. Here and now it has shifted massively since 2022, we're in 2023 now they are safe currently and the situation is in better standing for them so this is now a public platform. (RESPECTFULLY) the custody case continues and I am keeping this live till a judge gives these girls permanent justice with their placement.

RECAP- From 2021 and currently ongoing they have been actively involved in a huge high-conflict child custody case across the states of California and New Mexico. I have to express that the gravity of this case is heavy and beyond words. For any further details please reach out to me directly as it is their private matter, if there are questions or concerns not to be vege but I won't disclose those details on this platform please contact me and we can converse definitely. Our girls need our help I have organized this completely on their behalf and I am not above asking for help for them!

UPDATE- 05/09/23 California lawyers 

filed in Los Angeles superior court to keep these girls with their current order and in California. Due to inadequacy in the court system of New Mexico and the unfortunate impropriety of the girl's guardian ad litem who is in the process of being removed from representing the girls... California is now fighting New Mexico's family law system for the girl's custody case to be moved to the state of CA moving forward. Following pending investigations with child protective services in New Mexico and California and the pending investigations with Long Beach and Las Cruces police departments. On the grounds of abuse and neglect from their father and his criminal girlfriend. The California attorney's generosity got this started after speaking with the New Mexico attorney needing advice as this is complex. As they've been working to get this together for some time now gratefully two law firms are working for what's in the best interest of the girls in both states. In their understanding that these bills will also be paid alongside other fees being paid 6,000 is "due now" since they have now filled. There are 2 other motions in Las Cruces, NM happening currently on behalf of the SAID GAL along with Rachel Barela and Sheri Stewart's attorney. May 25th, 2023 a hearing in Las Cruces, NM is happening in person to also note for child custody. So the goal is 13,000 due to court fees now exceeding 30,000 and accumulating quickly within the days of this month more immediately.
