Running over half a marathon WEST2EAST - BETWEEN TWO LOST LOCATIONS for creative community project exposing and approaching the GROWING LOSS OF OUR PUBLIC SPACE!

Social initiative raising awareness to Save Whitewebbs park and future public space while bringing a significant/purposeful creative opportunity to Enfield for our young people.

Hi, my name is Zak and I am fundraising on behalf of a youth community project called Communicate Project. This project has been active in bringing together young creatives towards inner-city green spaces, positive charities and initiatives, and social causes.

Over the course of this summer, we have produced music and ideas towards this performance and wish to create a film and an album that offers a fresh perspective on youth in response to the public space we are losing for future generations.

Using the recent private development approved on Enfield's Whitewebbs park as a case study, we plan to document the story of this tragic loss of natural landcape and showcase our work on a stage we have aquired where we plan to bring young creatives to interact and connect with a wild and open space we are unfortunately losing.

We need £300 to cover permission costs to run this performance at Whitewebbs, cover insurance and provide power solution on the day. These would greatly help give this opportunity to up to 30 young people and also raise awareness on a local issue amongst the younger generations
