Vikas Bloom is a young, energetic registered nonprofit organisation on a mission to grow and bring opportunities to women and children in India. Your donation will support three main goals:
1. Opening our first educational centre
This project is being developed in partnership with a female-only rescue home. Our first training is in beautician: estimated cost
- Building repair - including electrical, plumbing, partitions and all salon furniture and equipment: £8,000
- Consumable materials for one year of operation: £3,000
- Staff - centre management/facilitator and trainer, per year: £9,600
- Consumable materials, per year: £2,000
We will provide professional skills training, including comprehensive salon management—bookings, customer service, inventory, and financial administration.
2. Supporting residency for our volunteers
In February 2026, a small team of professionals will join us to:
- Support the development and renovation of the Vocational Centre.
- A creative volunteer who transforms upcycled materials into unique handcrafted items.
- Help establish the networks needed to sell these products.
- Mentors working in trauma relief.
We aim to provide accommodation, food and local transportation: estimated total cost £900.
3. Registration of a branch in India, including lawyer fees – estimated cost: £2,000

Vikas Bloom ist eine junge, dynamische und registrierte Non-Profit-Organisation mit der Mission, Frauen und Kindern in Indien Wachstum und neue Chancen zu ermöglichen.
Eure Spenden unterstützen derzeit drei Hauptziele:
1. Eröffnung unseres ersten Ausbildungszentrums
Dieses Projekt wird in Zusammenarbeit mit einem Frauenhaus umgesetzt. Unsere erste Ausbildung findet im Bereich Kosmetik/Friseurin statt. Geschätzte Kosten:
- Gebäudereparaturen – inklusive Elektrik, Sanitär, Trennwände sowie komplette Salonmöbel und -ausstattung: 9.000 €
- Verbrauchsmaterialien für ein Jahr Betrieb: 3.400 €
- Personal – Leitung/Koordination des Zentrums sowie Trainer*innen, pro Jahr: 10.000 €
- Weitere Verbrauchsmaterialien, pro Jahr: 2.300 €
Wir bieten eine professionelle Ausbildung an, einschließlich umfassender Schulung im Salonmanagement – Buchungssysteme, Kundenservice, Inventarverwaltung und Finanzorganisation.
2. Unterstützung der Unterkunft für unsere Freiwilligen
Im Februar 2026 wird uns ein kleines Team von Fachkräften unterstützen, um:
- die Entwicklung und Renovierung des Berufsbildungszentrums zu begleiten,
- gemeinsam mit einer Künstlerin upgecycelte Materialien in handgefertigte Unikate zu verwandeln,
- die Netzwerke aufzubauen, die für den Verkauf dieser Produkte notwendig sind,
- Mentor*innen einzubinden, die im Bereich Traumabegleitung tätig sind.
Wir möchten Unterkunft, Verpflegung und lokale Transportmittel bereitstellen: geschätzte Gesamtkosten 1000 €.
3. Registrierung einer Niederlassung in Indien, einschließlich Anwaltskosten – geschätzte Kosten: 2.300 €.
