For all of us who know and love Mala, her life has been a tapestry woven with warmth, laughter, and an unwavering spirit. Whether she was cooking her delicious lamb curry, telling hilarious stories, offering someone a hand to help, donating to a great cause, or being the heart of family gatherings, Mom has always been the bright light in our lives.

In recent years, however, that light has begun to flicker gently with the progression of dementia. The woman who taught us so much, who remembered every birthday and anniversary, now faces moments of confusion and memory loss. While her loving heart still shines through, the challenges of daily life have become increasingly difficult.

Caring for Mom at home has become a journey filled with both profound love and significant demands. We cherish the moments we have with her, reminiscing and finding joy in the present. Yet, as her needs grow, so do the complexities of providing the comprehensive and specialized care she deserves.
