Me and my fiancee are two young black adults struggling to make ends meets in the city. He reccently got injured playing basketball and ruptured his achilles tendon. Since then he has been in extreme pain on top of dealing with racist er doctors, he can not work, and im between jobs. He can no longer do simple task like bathing and cooking for himself. We have no insurance and i can barely afford his prescription with my final check. Not including trouble with transportation, and food. I cant express enough how much we can not afford this surgery please help if you can. I dont have much else to say but its been a hard year and i really really dont want this to be a permanet injury for him.
