Hi, we are the young changemakers who work alongside Hospiscare.

The Young Changemakers Programme aims to instil a sense of social responsibility within your school community, inspiring young people to become ambassadors for Hospiscare. By taking part, students will learn about the realities faced by those with life-limiting illnesses, developing empathy and understanding as they witness the impact of their support. The programme’s activities are designed to help young people gain valuable skills in teamwork, leadership, and effective communication.

We organise our own events to raise money within our school such as a reindeer run for the younger pupils in our school and now planning a teachers v pupils hockey match.

We hope you can support us in anyway in raising money for this great charity that helps people through the hardest time in their lives.
