This young boy for no fault of his own is slowly dying, due to (SMA) Spinal Muscular Atrophy . Parents are young hardworking Ukrainians. Nikita's father was my team-mate in Ukraine. Sincere, honest and always ready to help with a smile.
Its heart breaking to see them helpless.
So we are doing our best to reach out to kind hearted people who could help raise money for inhumanly expensive medicines (Zolgensma) that can save Nikita's life.
It's heartbreaking to see helplessness of this family, dealing with a ruthless disease without the privilege of time and resources on their side.
Nikita cannot enjoy simple activities that most children do at his age. He cannot talk, cannot sit without support, can't walk and and in near time he will loose ability to swallow food and eventually stop breathing. and after all even to breathe. Children with the diagnoses like Nikita do not see their 3rd Birthday.
One medicine called “Zolgensma” can save his life . Unfortunately it costs 2 300 000 $ in a fair world his life should not depend on affordability of medicine. Nikita’s parents and I hope that we will be able to save Nikita with the help of kind people across the world.

Нікітці Крижному 1.9 рочків, і в нього СМА 1 типу, спінальна м’язова атрофія. Його батьки - молоді працьовиті українці. Батько Нікітки був моїм товаришем в Україні. Щирий, чесний і завжди готовий з посмішкою допомогти.
Серце розривається від одного погляду на цю сім’ю тепер - таку безпомічну перед безжалісною хворобою.
Зараз Нікітка, незважаючи на свій вік, не повзає, не ходить, не розмовляє і не сидить без опору, а без належного лікування хлопчик перестане самостійно їсти, а згодом і дихати. Дітки з таким діазгнозом не доживають і до 2,5 років!
Врятувати Нікіту цілком можливо. Для цього йому потрібен один-однісенький укол з препаратом “Zolgensma”, що коштує неймовірно дорого. 2 300 000$ - це ціна життя Нікіти.
