The Problem We Address
Across leadership, athletics, service roles, and youth development, a consistent pattern is emerging:
- Emotional steadiness erodes
- Decision-making becomes reactive
- Identity blurs under pressure
- Performance becomes unsustainable
- Relationships quietly strain
By the time labels appear, the damage is already done.
Our work exists before that moment.
Who We Serve
The Foundation supports individuals who carry responsibility early, often, and for others — including:
- Professionals under sustained pressure
- First responders, veterans, and service families
- Athletes navigating identity, performance, and transition
- Youth preparing for leadership in a high-pressure world
These are functioning people — often overlooked by traditional support systems — who need tools designed for load, responsibility, and longevity.
Our Core Framework: Clarity-Based Education
One of the primary frameworks supported through the Foundation’s work is The Clarity Protocol — an educational and wellness approach focused on restoring internal stability and emotional coherence.
The Clarity Protocol is:
- Not therapy
- Not crisis care
- Not treatment
It is clarity education for people who still show up — but are paying for it internally.
Key areas of focus include:
- Nervous system regulation under pressure
- Emotional literacy and self-trust
- Identity stability during responsibility and transition
- Biological rhythm support
- Sustainable leadership without burnout
While the framework itself is trademarked by ThynkTank Solutions & Holdings Inc., the YouMattyr Foundation supports its education, accessibility, and community delivery through formal partnership and administration via Unity Institute.
This ensures clarity-based work remains ethical, accessible, and prevention-focused.
Why This Matters for Youth
Adults set the emotional standard — whether they realize it or not.
When leaders, parents, coaches, and mentors operate without clarity, young people inherit pressure, confusion, and instability as normal.
By restoring steadiness in adults — and equipping youth early — we interrupt that cycle.

How We Deliver the Work
Operational support allows the Foundation to fund and expand:
- Prevention-based clarity education
- Leadership and emotional wellbeing initiatives
- Mobile and community-based programming
- Breakfast With Champions speaker events
- Student grants and educational bursaries
- Partnerships with aligned organizations
One of our current fundraising activations is the Northern Climb (Summer 2026) — a multi-mountain ascent across Alberta, British Columbia, and the Yukon, totaling over 31,000 feet of elevation gain — the equivalent of climbing Mount Everest.

How Your Donation Is Used
Donations to this fundraiser support general operational needs of the YouMattyr Foundation, including:
- Program development and delivery
- Community education and prevention initiatives
- Youth and student bursaries
- Strategic partnerships aligned with our mission
- Administrative and operational infrastructure required to sustain impact
Funds are not restricted to a single program and are allocated where they create the greatest preventive impact.
Transparency & Accountability
The YouMattyr Foundation is a registered nonprofit organization in Canada.
While we are not yet a CRA-registered charity and cannot issue tax receipts at this time, stewardship and transparency are foundational to our work.
- GoFundMe funds are held in a dedicated Foundation account
- Funds are used exclusively for nonprofit purposes
- A Board of Directors oversees allocations with regular review
- Program delivery partners operate under formal agreements
