I’m walking the Yorkshire 3 peaks across a week whilst carrying my 8 month old in a sling or backpack carrier. Please help me in making a difference to mums in the Wakefield area who are early postpartum and looking for their support network. I’m raising money to benefit St George's Lupset Ltd who run a Friday morning supportive baby group followed by either baby massage or a journaling time for new mums and their babies. These sessions run based on donations to allow them to be accessible for all. This group has been vital to my own mental wellbeing as a new mum and has given me time to connect with my baby and other mums in the area. It’s been a crucial space for me to get support advice and care. All donations are going to St George’s to help keep this group going as they have lost other funding this year making it financially difficult to keep running.
