Rwanda is a magnificent country with a young population and Yooo! Rwanda Foundation’s mission is to provide help and assistance wherever we can. At the moment we are focused on an initiative to bring health insurance to 600 individuals in the district of Kayonza, where Akagera national park is situated. Our foundation director in Rwanda is poised and ready to distribute the insurance vouchers to the intended beneficiaries as the donations come in. But we are running out of time. We have until the end of this month, April 31, to pay for the insurance vouchers. $5.00 will pay health insurance for 1 year for an individual as well as administrative costs.. This puts our initial goal at $3,000. Thanks to a generous donor we are now $2,000 short of our goal. Rwanda is largely agrarian and money is hard to come by. We at Yooo! Rwanda know that if we can provide the means for those who are sick to receive even basic healthcare, it will allow these men, women and children to focus again on their livelihoods. Rwanda is a symbol of rebirth. Humanity has hope and the people of Rwanda are proof.
