We are a small Scottish charity providing free yoga to kids and adults with special needs and their carers and mainstream classes on a donation basis.  Our kids and adults have become part of a really special community where they can completely be themselves with no expectations or barriers to entry.  We teach them yoga, meditation, mindfullness, breathing and relaxation.  Most importantly, we bring connection and friendship and a sense of equality.  We are struggling to meet our costs for the next 6 months and need help.   Funds raised will allow us to provide services, pay for studio costs and equipment and keep Yogability going whilst we fundraise and apply for grants.
