Yoga Heart Kenya C-19 food relief prog in the slum

For 2 months plus each day working in the slums has been like walking in the valley of the shadow of death.

As much as We are in the Same race we have witnessed not everyone is starting at the same line.

Pain to watch kids, elderly, people with disabilities, pre-existing conditions and   young girls who are taken advantage from age 14-16years to become mothers and going to bed hungry with their kids , lack of safe water for weeks in the taps for so many slum dwellers, families loosing jobs, lack of hope, groups with pre existing conditions some getting worse, covid-19 spreading so quick and while many can’t even afford or access a mask.

However the firmness in supporting others is keeping our heads up high, and each day we  wake up knowing we have a mighty strength in our human spirit and our resilience will see us thrive to the other side stronger This week we hit a new milestone me and my team feeding over 2800 families of 4-7people.

Thank you for generously giving hope to my community,  our goal is to feed at least  3000 more vulnerable families in the next 30days ( help us  raise 30,000$) Calling out for your support, you could host a fundraiser yoga class taught by me and my team from yoga heart Kenya or donate on the link

Asante Asante Asante!!!
