Labor Day is a chance to celebrate all the hard work, and sacrifice of so many of our predecessors. The workers who helped to create this country and who fought for the fair treatment of people of all walks of life in the labor force.

Here at Yoga Factory we feel so lucky that the work we do is synonymous with play, strong community and a healthy lifestyle. We are eternally grateful to share the gift of yoga during the good times and the bad; with those who are working overtime right now and those who are in between jobs.

Until recently, COVID-19 has kept our teachers not only from their livelihoods but also from sharing this beautiful practice
