Hi my name is Phil Grace and I am starting a fundraiser for the greatest man I know. His name is Bruce Beard. He is 63 years old and he has a daughter in her mid 30’s who was born with extremely special needs. Bruce has worked his whole life and taken just what he needed and sent the rest to take care of his daughter all these years. He now has developed macular degeneration and is almost blind. He has no savings or money to even take care of himself. He has to live with a brother. He receives no money and is desperate.
