Our sweet friend, Tania Ward, was diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer this summer while pregnant with her second child. Her baby was delivered early, and since then she has bravely endured multiple rounds of chemotherapy while facing unimaginable challenges.

About a month ago, Tania and Ly’Jerrick made the difficult decision to transition her to hospice care. The timeline they were given extends only through the end of this month. With two boys under the age of 2, the holidays approaching, and so much uncertainty ahead, Ly’Jerrick has stepped into the primary role at home and has taken a leave of absence from work to be fully present with his family during these precious weeks.

The Wards have touched the lives of so many around them. Now, in one of life’s hardest moments, it’s our turn to come alongside them with love and support.
