<div>About a month ago, Tania and Ly’Jerrick made the difficult decision to transition her to hospice care. The timeline they were given extends only through the end of this month. With two boys under the age of 2, the holidays approaching, and so much uncertainty ahead, Ly’Jerrick has stepped into the primary role at home and has taken a leave of absence from work to be fully present with his family during these precious weeks.
