About 2 weeks ago - Heather went in for a routine mammogram and the doctors discovered Heather has right sided breast cancer. This has been extremely sad for our family for many reasons. However, we are proceeding with treatment as quickly as possible as this cancer is rapidly growing. As Heather progresses through her journey, I am sure she will share when she is ready. I feel this is her story to tell in her own time.

Heather will be unable to work during this time and with 3 kids - 16 and younger - I am trying to do whatever I can for my family. My dad works full time but will need time off to help Heather. I am extremely thankful to have grandparents that have helped so much already but I am reaching out to family and friends for additional support. If you can donate anything at all, it is greatly appreciated. If anyone is interested in helping with meals once she does start treatment, please let me know!
